Stabilized neighborhood or community centers anchored by best-in-class grocers and other national retailers. These stabilized properties will have high barriers to entry and demographic profiles that meet or exceed the national averages. Additionally, Garigal looks to acquire centers that offer the potential to enhance property revenue through expansion, remerchandising, or redevelopment.


Prefer larger transactions -- no maximum euro amount. Typical minimum transaction size is €10,000,000.


Garigal seeks to acquire centers located in Major Metropolitan Areas throughout Europe.
